CANCELLATION POLICY
IF WE CANCEL BOOKINGS OR EVENTS
Weather and other forces beyond our control may force us to shut down our operations for the safety of our customers. Paddle On reserves the right to cancel or alter events without prior notice. We will do our best to notify customers as soon as reasonably possible.
In this case, we will rebook for another date at your convenience. If using a Groupon or gift card, the full value will be restored, so that you may rebook for a future date.
If you are registered for an event that we have been forced to cancel, you will receive an email notification. On the rare occurrence an event is cancelled within two hours of the scheduled start time, we will call or SMS all participants.
Instances which may force us to cancel events and rental bookings include, but not limited to, weather, government action, war or hostilities, riot or civil commotion, pandemic or other outbreaks, earthquake, flood, hurricane, or other natural physical disaster, explosion, accident or breakdown, strike, terrorism or due to events which are not attributable to wrongful intent or gross negligence. Paddle On shall not be liable for any direct or indirect, incidental or consequential damages, losses, expenditures or any other inconveniences or costs caused by such modification or cancellation of the event. Paddle On reserves the right to charge $10 for fully cancelled bookings should the customer require a full refund.

**Please note we do not issue refunds but are happy to reschedule if you give us the required notice below**
RENTALS:
We require 24 hours notice in advance of rescheduling. If 24 hours notice is given, we will reschedule you at no cost. If 24 hours is not given, we can not guarantee a subsequent date and may charge you a $10 rebooking fee.
Guided Paddles and Lessons:
We require 72 hours notice in advance of your cancellation or rescheduling.
If 72 hours notice is given, we will rebook you minus a $10 booking fee.
HOW TO REQUEST RESCHEDULING
Simply send details of your current booking, along with when you would like to rescheduled to steve@paddle-on.com
